Mat Pilates
Cardio Step & Sculpt (All Levels) with Allison - Mondays & Wednesdays 7:00am
This 60 minute workout includes a full body warm-up, 45 minutes of step aerobics with light weights, and 5 minutes of core exercises and cool-down stretch.

Vitality Yoga (All Levels) with Mike - Tuesdays 1:00pm

The main focus of this class is basic form and alignment in level one postures. It is a great introduction for anyone who is new to yoga and students interested in a deeper practice. This grounding vinyasa flow will tone your body and enrich your well-being.

Ignite Yoga (Intermediate) with Mike - Thursdays 1:00pm

An intermediate level class for students who feel confident with their basic practice and wish to advance.  This faster paced class builds on postural technique and breath, and begins introducing more advanced poses.  A great way to sweat, tone, and build length and strength!  
Tone-Up Pilates with Sharon - Saturdays 9:00am
This class is based on the classical teachings of Joseph Pilates and focuses on the powerhouse and alignment.  Leave this class feeling longer, leaner and stronger.
